Just to keep you up to date on some of Team America’s activities, our Chairman, Bay Buchanan is traveling early this week to spend time with Tom Tancredo in Colorado, as he makes his bid for Governor of that state. (http://tancredoforgovernor2010.org/)
After that, Bay will be traveling on to Washington State, where she will attend a series of fundraisers throughout the day on Thursday, August 26, for John Koster, Republican candidate for Congress in Washington’s 2nd Congressional District. For more details, check out John’s website at http://www.kosterforcongress.com/.
Team America is proud to endorse Joe Miller in his primary bid this Tuesday (August 24) for U.S. Senator in Alaska against Lisa Murkowski. He's been endorsed by Sarah and Todd Palin, Mike Huckabee, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, among others.
Joe Miller is a former state magistrate and federal judge, and owns a successful law practice. He is a West Point graduate, combat veteran (Desert Storm) and a Bronze Star recipient. Miller has a law degree from Yale and a Masters in Economics, and is a proponent of the free market.
A Lifetime Member of the National Rifle Association, Miller opposes bailouts (TARP), amnesty for illegal aliens, and The Cap and Trade Tax. He supports the repeal of Obamacare, securing the border, and is pro-life.
Joe's opponent in the Republican primary is Lisa Murkowski, who has voted with the Democrats against Republicans over 300 times, and has backed or voted for bank bailouts, amnesty for illegal aliens, taxpayer-funded abortions, and opposed repeal of Obama's healthcare plan. Immigration watchdog, Numbers USA, has given her a grade of "C-."
Miller jumped into the primary in April, and a month ago was purported to be trailing Murkowski by 41 points, but according to a recent R.T. Nielson poll, the race has jumped 30 points in Joe's favor, bringing him to within 11 points.

Team America PAC congratulates Nathan Deal, winner of the GOP primary for governor of Georgia, and Ken Buck, who won his battle to represent the GOP for the U.S. Senate in Colorado!
Congratulations!
Team America is happy to endorse former Congressman Tom Tancredo in his race for Governor of Colorado.
Tom Tancredo has watched Colorado lose jobs at an alarming rate, and seen the over-burdening of schools, hospitals and jails by illegal alien workers and their families.
Further complicating the race, the upcoming GOP
Primary has been overshadowed by allegations which have compromised the viability of both candidates.
Based on these compelling factors and others, Tom Tancredo decided to join the fray and run for Governor of Colorado on the American Constitution Party Ticket.
Tancredo wants to change the current anti-business culture of the state, attract businesses and get Coloradans back to work; he hopes to repeal Colorado's PERA (Public Employees Retirement Association), making important changes to restore integrity to the system and make it work, implement the E-verify system, which ensures that employers hire only legal citizens, and consider legislation similar to the new Arizona Law; Finally, Tancredo wants any taxes imposed in Colorado to be approved by the citizens of the state before implementation.
Team America is endorsing Tom Tancredo in his quest for the office of Governor. For more information on Tom's campaign, you may go to his campaign website (click here).
Republican Party Chair Dick Wadhams and former Congressman Tom Tancredo appeared together on Peter Boyle’s radio show on Denver’s KHOW.
Sparks flew from the beginning in this candid and revealing interview, which had Wadhams immediately speaking out against Tom’s challenge to Republican Gubernatorial candidates, with Peter Boyle joining in the discussion.
